Terms of Use for SignoWise Google Plugin

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the SignoWise Google Plugin ("the Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

The SignoWise Plugin is a Google Docs add-on that provides the following functionality:

• Signature Field Insertion: Insert placeholder images in your Google Documents to designate signature locations
• Document Sending: Convert the current Google Document to PDF format and send it to the SignoWise service for electronic signature processing
• Configuration Management: Store and manage your store name preference
• Document Viewing: Open a browser window to view and sign documents in the SignoWise service

3. User Accounts and Registration

• The Add-on integrates with your existing Google account
• No separate account registration is required
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You must configure a store name before sending documents (the add-on will prompt you if not configured)

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Add-on for:

• Preparing documents for electronic signature
• Adding signature placeholders to your Google Documents
• Sending documents to the SignoWise service for signature workflows
• Managing your personal configuration preferences

5. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Add-on for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-on
• Interfere with or disrupt the Add-on or servers/networks connected to it
• Use the Add-on to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Send documents containing sensitive information without proper authorization
• Use the Add-on in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service

6. Data and Privacy

• Your use of the Add-on is subject to our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send any documents through the Add-on
• You acknowledge that documents sent through the Add-on will be transmitted to the SignoWise service
• You should not send documents containing highly sensitive or confidential information unless you have reviewed and accepted SignoWise's privacy and security practices

7. Third-Party Services

The Add-on integrates with the SignoWise service (demo.signowise.hu):

• SignoWise is a third-party service with its own terms of use and privacy policy
• We are not responsible for SignoWise's service availability, security, or data handling practices
• Your use of SignoWise through this Add-on is subject to their terms and policies
• We do not guarantee the availability or performance of third-party services

8. Intellectual Property

• The Add-on and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cursor Insight Hungary Kft.
• The Add-on is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Add-on
• The SignoWise name and service are the property of their respective owners

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Add-on
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Add-on
• Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to use the Add-on (if any)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cursor Insight Hungary Kft. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Add-on
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any documents you send through the Add-on

12. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on at any time without notice
• Update these Terms at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Remove the Add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace

You may terminate your use of the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google account.

13. Google Workspace Integration

• The Add-on is designed to work with Google Docs and Google Workspace
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC
• Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Google may modify their APIs or policies, which could affect the Add-on's functionality

14. Updates and Maintenance

• We may release updates to improve functionality or fix bugs
• Updates may be installed automatically through Google's infrastructure
• We are not obligated to provide support, updates, or maintenance
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability

• Support is provided on a best-effort basis

16. Export and Legal Compliance

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

• The Add-on may not be available in all countries or languages

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cursor Insight Hungary Kft. regarding the Add-on and supersede any prior agreements.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
